I support my Troops whole heartedly and believe there is nothing wrong with Same Sex Marriage. I hate Feet, Mushrooms, Beer, and Seafood. I love Cupcakes, Giraffes, Watermelon and Crowns. |
I don’t know why.
I don’t know what I want to buy .
I just want to shop.
I want to be able to hop from store to store and buy whatever I want from all of them. I’ve never really been able to do that but there were times when we had enough money to shop.. We’ve been struggling for so long now, it sucks.
I read an article recently about the spending habits of people who grew up poor. I am a total opposite from what it said. It said most people tend to keep their spending routines even after they come into money. They continue to keep track of every single penny, because those pennies are going to pay for their next meal. They still check prices religiously and know down to the cent what their total is going to be at the register. etc.
I have a VERY bad habit of not doing either of those. When we do have extra money and I get to go shopping, I hardly ever pay attention. I look at the price once and if it look reasonable, I buy it. I don’t know how many times I checked out from a store, and not known how much I paid. I am so bad with that. Over the last year I’ve been a little bit better, since we haven’t had extra money often. I’ll only have a small amount to spend, so I have to pay closer attention to what I’m spending. I don’t do that when we have more money.
Anyway. I really want to go shopping. We do have a little extra money right now. Not a lot, but I could afford to buy something if I wanted to. But I’m in the mood to SHOP, not just buy one thing… I am totally having first world problems right now, but I guess that’s the luxury of the life I lead. I can’t wait until Zane gets that job in Texas and he’s making lots of money again. Well, he’s never made this kind of money before.
